Do you have a returns policy?

Yes. A very simple policy.

Items must have been purchased directly from this site.
Items must be returned within 30 days of sale.
Items must be returned in absolutely pristine condition.
Items must be returned to the address from which they were sent.
Refunds can be credited only to the account from which an item was purchased.

*If you bought a 'What if...?' Collector's Limited Edition, as opposed to a Standard Edition, it must be returned to Blue Zoo, England, not the U.S. distributor. No refund can be given unless a Collector's Edition is returned to the U.K. address.

Finally, please do not return a book in less than pristine condition. No refund can be given for books that are not 'as new'.

If you need to return anything, please send an email detaling the reason for the return to the address below and instructions will be sent as soon as possible.

What do I do if the book I recieve is damaged?

How quickly will I get my book?

Orders are normally processed within 48 hours. Shipments to addresses in the U.K. and USA should arrive within five business days. International orders can take up to three weeks depending upon your location.

What if there's a problem with my order?

No. On the lower middle section of the payment screen is an option to pay without registering with PayPal. You can pay with your credit/debit card and PayPal will simply process the payment taking only the details necessary to complete the transaction and ship your order.

Do I have to have an account with PayPal to pay through them?

Completely. Blue Zoo and steve-n-lee.com do NOT deal with any financial details of any customers. The entire financial transaction is handled by PayPal, which is one of the most respected internet payment providers in the world. They use what is called a 128 bit SSL security system. That's jargon, yes, but what it means is that your details are handled using the most secure system commercially available.
